All of our bags are made from premium quality material and exotic leather.
We only work with manufacturers from Italian factories.

For the production of the bags we use:

— Goat or Chevreau leather, as the French call it, is very elastic and has a high quality front surface. We use special glossy finish.

— Exotic reptile leather: alligator, crocodile, caiman. Exotic leather is very prestigious and fashionable. Its main qualities besides the beautiful and unusual pattern are resilience, elasticity and durability. We work with all the above-mentioned types of exotic leather. For the lining, we also only use high-quality and natural lining material: haberdashery sheepskin and/or pigskin suede.

You can pay for your order when you place it online. Payment methods available:

Internet payments are made in accordance with the rules of the Visa, MasterCard and MIR international payment systems, while respecting the confidentiality and security of the payment.

GENERAL INFORMATION

✔️ Delivery of an item is only possible if it is purchased.
✔️ We only work with non-cash payment.
✔️ Delivery within Moscow region, Russia and CIS countries is charged according to the pricing policy of transportation companies.
✔️ Processing and packing time of your orders can take from 1 to 7 days and is not included in delivery time.
✔️ Tariff and estimated delivery time are calculated automatically during checkout. Delivery charges are based on destination, weight and price.⠀
✔️The price of each delivery includes delivery by the chosen delivery company and insurance.
✔️ Be sure to check your details after placing your order and email us.
✔️ On average it takes 2−5 working days to prepare your order for shipping.

We work with CDEK and Russian Post to deliver your order within Russia.

DELIVERY COST CALCULATION

• Calculation of the cost of available options for delivery in Moscow and Russia is made at the time of ordering in automatic mode.
• Please do not fill in the Country and Region fields manually on the order form, wait for the drop down list.
• If delivery is not calculated, choose any of the suggested ones, we will send a link for extra payment and everything will be fine.
• A manager will arrange a date and time for delivery. You can always leave your special requests in the comments of the order and we will take them into account.

DELIVERY IN MOSCOW WITHIN Moscow MKAD Ring Road

The fastest way to get your order to your door in moscow is by courier for 400 rubles. Also available at cdek pickup points.

• Courier delivery of orders around Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road is available from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00. You can always leave your special requests in the comments of the order
• Courier will contact you on the day of order one hour before the estimated time of delivery. Minimum interval for courier delivery is 3 hours
• Courier delivery within Moscow is 400 rubles within Moscow MKAD ring road. Delivery cost includes waiting time not more than 15 minutes
• If you refuse to receive your order, the delivery charges are non-refundable

DELIVERY UP TO 15 KM OUTSIDE THE MOSCOW MKAD RING ROAD

• Courier delivery of SRB orders up to 15 km outside the MKAD (Moscow Ring Road) is available from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00. You can always leave your special requests in the comments of the order
• Courier will contact you on the day of the order an hour before the estimated time of delivery. Minimum interval for courier delivery is 3 hours
• Courier delivery up to 15 km outside the Moscow Ring Road is 600 rubles. The cost of delivery includes waiting time not more than 15 minutes
• A more economical shipping option — delivery to the CDEK delivery point After the parcel is handed to the transportation company we will send you a tracker to track the shipment.
• If you refuse to receive your order, there is no refund

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is unfortunately not possible under the current circumstances, as the logistics are still in the process of being re-formed. We will let you know as soon as we have a stable solution.

In the meantime, you can pay for the item you like with a Russian or foreign bank card, and then have it delivered to the address of family or friends in Russia or CIS, so that they can forward it to you further as a physical person.

We can’t underestimate the cost on parcels and we specify it on the spot.

Please note that free fittings are available with CDEK courier delivery. You may try on the ordered items and, if necessary, return them to the courier

The product can only be returned if the following requirements are met:

• The product has not been used (no signs of wear and tear or other physical effects.
• The product is in good condition (labels, tags, fittings) and the consumer properties are intact.
• The documents confirming the fact and terms of purchase (delivery note, cash voucher) are available.
• Returns are made on the basis of an application filled in by the customer and the sales receipt confirming the fact and conditions of purchase.

The return of goods of proper quality is performed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

You must fill in an application form, send it and a photo of the sales receipt confirming the fact and conditions of purchase to beth.mishka@yandex.ru

If inspection of the goods confirms their good condition, appearance and consumer properties, we will refund your money within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

If you find an item defective or if a different size or order comes for you, please follow the instructions above.

Bethmishka.com reserves the right to request photo confirmation of the defective item before initiating the return of that item and a full refund.

Bethmishka.com reserves the right to refuse to return an item if the conditions for returning an item have not been met in accordance with the return policy published on our website and the instructions that are enclosed in the email from the company. In the event of an improper return, the goods will be sent back to the delivery address specified in the original order.

In case of returning goods of improper quality, the cost of goods, delivery and return shipping will be refunded to you. For partial returns, the delivery costs of the order will not be refunded.

Crocodile bags are very prestigious and elegant. But the beauty of crocodile bags, or any other exotic leather item, may fade with time and if you want to enjoy your exclusive accessory for as long as possible, you need to heed our advice.

 — Since crocodile leather is a natural leather, it is dangerous to leave your crocodile leather handbag in direct sunlight for long periods of time, as it may dry out, become damaged or lose its natural shine;

 — Keep the handbag away from radiators, heaters or other heat sources to prevent the crocodile skin from drying out;

 — A genuine crocodile leather bag should never be exposed to rain or other moisture for long periods of time, as this can damage the leather;

 — Do not use conventional chemicals to clean these products, as even the best classic leather products can cause the crocodile leather to darken.

— Only mild detergents or conditioners made especially for reptile leather should be used.

— Crocodile leather cannot be restored to its original condition if it receives any scratches or chips.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOUR CROCODILE LEATHER BAG DOES GET WET OR DIRTY?

 — It can be cleaned with a soft cloth, slightly damp if necessary. It is important to allow it to dry naturally and away from direct sources of heat.

 — In the case of crocodile leather products, please use only products with a minimum amount of lanolin or choose a specific product for cleaning reptile leathers that is available on the market.
